Shipping
We commit to ensuring that all items listed in this catalog are available in stock in the quantities and dimensions indicated.
In extreme cases, it may happen that, by selling some items through other sales channels not automatically connected to this e-commerce, the item may no longer be available. In this case, we undertake to fully refund the entire amount paid for the purchase.
The delivery date to the customer's address is subject to the normal variations of the delivery service used. Generally, for Italy, we take a maximum of 3 days, and for the Islands, 5 days.
Shipments to Europe require 3 to 6 days.
Delivery and transportation method
The delivery method is chosen to provide safe and quick delivery; if the shipment is standard, it does not include delivery to the floor. Upon request, alternative methods can be used based on the material ordered and destination.
Pieces that exceed certain dimensions must be shipped on pallets and therefore due to logistics problems, home delivery may not be possible.
For deliveries of objects in Lombardy, we may use our own vehicles to guarantee delivery.
Dispatch
Usually, orders containing items with a volume less than one cubic meter are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order. In case of delays, we commit to contacting the customer to arrange new dates.
For larger items exceeding one cubic meter, packaging may take up to 4 working days.
Limited Items
Some items in the catalog are subject to special transport limitations. This should be taken into account if the item needs to be shipped as a special transport.
Delivery failure
If we have notified the shipment of goods for Italy and you receive nothing within 7 working days, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue together. For deliveries outside of Italy, it may take up to 14 days. Beyond that period, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue together.
Insurance
All shipments are covered by insurance against standard risks, unless we receive a written request to cancel this coverage.
Here are the main conditions of the insurance policy:
€6,00 cost for insured value up to €2,000,00, €100,00 deductible for damages
€15,00 cost for insured value from €2,001,00 up to €10,000,00 and €250,00 deductible for damages
Refund based on the value stated on the receipt and not on the cost of insurance and shipping.
It is important that upon receipt of the goods, when you sign the delivery receipt, you mark the WITH RESERVE box. In the absence of this specification, it will not be possible to activate insurance coverage in the event of shipping disputes. In the latter circumstance, Loft46 cannot guarantee any insurance coverage or compensation for any damages.
Object movement
Many of our materials are extremely delicate, and their handling is done with extreme care. All materials are carefully packaged to ensure safe transportation of the goods to your address. We do not accept responsibility for damages caused by incorrect handling once the external packaging is removed.
