The Terraillon Export was designed by French designer Roger Tallon, who was one of the most influential industrial designers of the 20th century. The Export scale was launched on the market in the 1970s and enjoyed great success throughout Europe thanks to its functional and modern design. The scale has become an icon of French industrial design and many vintage models are still very popular with design enthusiasts.
